The Gingerman Pub

This project involved the complete remodelling of the first floor of the premises. The main aspect of the work was the fitting out of the lounge areas to resemble traditional Dublin streetscapes. The idea was to create a unique and fun design that would quickly draw the attention of those who entered.
Two walls were fitted with traditional style shopfronts and another had the façade of a Georgian house complete with panelled door with surrounding columns, red brickwork and sash windows.
A full new bar with bench seating, snugs etc were hand built on site. Externally a smoking area was constructed. There were also alterations to the M&E sytsems. The bathrooms were fully refurbished and a new staircase was fitted between ground and first floors.
